Federal Labor Law is reformed

Decree amending Articles 76 and 78 of the Mexican Federal Labor Law regarding vacations.
On December 27, 2022, the decree amending articles 76 and 78 of the Mexican LFT, dictating workers’ vacation policies was modified and published in the Mexican Official Gazette of the Federation.
This new policy goes into effect on January 1, 2023.
